Djimma coffee encompasses Ethiopia’s largest basket of unwashed coffees which included all unwashed coffee produced in the southwestern region of Ethiopia. The area has a multitude of different indigenous varieties that can be quite diverse in quality.

Processing: Natural (sun-dried)
Characteristics: A natural sun dried coffee with heavy bodied cup with pleasant winy after taste and it can take on a medicinal or fruity flavor if natural processed. It is one of Ethiopia’s largest exports.
Physical Appearance: A medium to bold, oval and thick bean.
